Our topic for the spring term is Emperors and Empires
In this project we will be learning about the history and structure of ancient Rome and the Roman Empire, including a detailed exploration of the Romanisation of Britain. We will explore warring Britain, meet Claudius, Boudicca and Julius Caeser, and find out what the Romans did for us. We will also look at the importance of the Roman town of Colchester, looking at evidence of Romanisation in our local area.
